With more than 18 years of experience in government-guaranteed lending, Christy Krosner specializes in underwriting, packaging, and servicing loans. Promoted in 2023, Christy serves as North Avenue Capital's Assistant Vice President and Senior Servicing Manager. Christy is based in Georgia and provides support for loan activity across the country. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University with a focus on Finance and Risk Management.
Prior to joining North Avenue Capital, Christy worked for an Atlanta-based financial institution. There she most recently served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Her career highlights include structuring, packaging, and closing more than 20 USDA and SBA loans, totaling $36 million. In addition to packaging and closing government-guaranteed loans, Christy’s primary responsibility was the ongoing servicing of more than 120 USDA, SBA, and FSA loans that totaled more than $280 million.
Christy and her husband, Jeff, live in Athens, Georgia, where they pretend they are still in college and stalk their college-aged son. The couple has two sons and enjoys attending Georgia football games.
