Clint Justice specializes in loan production, business development, financial analysis, and debt financing. As Senior Loan Architect, Clint provides expertise to development organizations and lower middle market businesses on USDA Rural Development lending programs. He also provides support in deal sourcing and structuring. Clint received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Baylor University.
Prior to joining North Avenue Capital, Clint worked for a global manufacturing firm, Essilor of America, in Dallas, TX. He served as a strategic partner in expanding their consumer footprint nationwide and provided marketing support for their progressive lens brand team. Clint’s exposure to global marketing and operations allows him to identify with the needs of manufacturing firms and structure debt for maximum growth.
Prior to working at Essilor of America, Clint was a Relationship Manager at Extraco Banks, N.A. in Waco, TX. He provided financial solutions for consumers and businesses while also leading a team of Relationship Bankers at company headquarters. He specialized in the management of banking technology and assisted in the transition of a major banking transaction platform. Clint’s understanding of financial analysis and small business financing developed at this time and created the grounds for expertise in USDA Rural Development lending programs.
Clint, Kim, Jonathan, and Joel attend and serve at Antioch Community Church in Dallas, Texas. Clint also serves as a Mentor and Advisory Board Member at Forerunning Mentoring, a Dallas-based ministry focused on impacting the lives of young men growing up in fatherless homes.
