Cole Rieger joined North Avenue Capital (NAC) in December 2022 as a Portfolio Specialist in the Ponte Vedra, Florida office. He specializes in servicing loans, building relationships with borrowers, and financial statement and operational analysis.
Prior to joining NAC, Cole worked for ARC Group Medical as a logistical operations specialist. In this role, he worked with a large portfolio of hospitals in the southeast region to fulfill essential surgical equipment used in a variety of procedures. At ARC, he was responsible for implementing essential business applications for scalable growth and developing relationships with hospitals to better serve their needs. Prior to ARC, Cole attended the University of North Florida and completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2021.
Cole resides in Ponte Vedra, Florida with his wife Emily. When he is not in the office, Cole enjoys playing golf and practicing piano. Cole also runs a music studio in his spare time, which has clients across multiple genres both domestically and internationally. He is an active member at Redeemer Church and serves on the executive team at Jax United, a local ministry in Jacksonville, Florida.
