North Avenue Capital underwrites, funds, and services loans starting at $2 million for all of our loan programs within the USDA Rural Development Program. Each loan product within this program has different loan maximums. USDA Business & Industry and Rural Energy for America Program loan parameters are between $2 million and $25 million. USDA Community Facilities loan parameters are between $2 million and $100 million.

How does the USDA define rural?
